Hobbs is great to work with. The people answering the phones are happy to answer questions and provide estimates without being pushy. The sod we had delivered was very high quality, with very few weeds. They were quick with their delivery, and the installation and maintenance steps they provided on their website made it very easy to establish the grass.
It was a bit of a drive for us to pick up sod from Hobbs, but it was DEFINITELY worth it. The sod is beautiful. Very healthy. However, the best part about it was the weight. Weirdly it was very lightweight and easy to work with. My boys even commented that they remember sod being a lot heavier. We only laid two pallets, but I would highly recommend Hobbs. The price and service was great and the product was amazing. Thank you!
I’m from Ogden and the drive was worth it. Just a little north of Logan and this is the best sod I’ve ever seen. I’ve been here twice for very small orders (400 square feet) and both times I was treated like family and like I was important. Thanks for the great service and even the guys helping me load my trailer are very friendly.
Hobbs Turf Farm is a solid five star in my book. The staff I spoke with were very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The delivery person was great to work with! The turf was very good looking. I hope to get many years of use out of the turf. I highly recommend this company and their product.

We ordered about 2,000 sq. feet of Sod. The sod was great and has quickly grown, better than expected. My lawn looks very good after 2 weeks. Highly Recommended.
Literally the best, freshest, greenest grass I could ever hope for. I would sleep on this grass. You could have a picnic and not even need a blanket. Their service is out of this world! The friendliest staff you will ever meet… not to mention they’re some lookers! Especially the young Hobbs boy, Austin! I’m not usually one for giving out 5 stars, but Hobbs Turf Farms… you deserve it.
We called Hobbs turf farm in a pinch when we could not pickup from another sod farm. Hobbs turf farm let us come pick it up even though they only deliver. We will be using Hobbs turf farm from now on! Plus they saved us $300 by being less expensive.
Great product, well priced. Fantastic people working there, very helpful. Neysa in the front office is very knowledgeable about their products and was so helpful with all my questions, even the dumb ones.

I highly recommend using Hobbs Turf Farm! We ordered 18 pallets of sod about a month ago and the grass looks great. The sod was very high quality and they delivered on time. They were also pleasant to work with and we had a great experience overall!
I’ve yet to order the Hobbs beloved and carefully crafted Kentucky Bluegrass, but I have beheld and even walked the immaculate fields of the pristine emerald grasslands of Hobbs Turf Farms, and I can tell you this stuff is top tier! I am astounded by the advanced machinery and technology they use to keep your grass fresh and luscious all the way from their perfect pastures to your precious property. For the love of grass, get yours already!
Outstanding quality turf with dense grass development, far superior to the often half-dead grass from a “big box store.” Staff are courteous and helpful. They ask that you call ahead with square footage of what you will need so they can prepare the turf for you.
The sod I received surpassed my expectations in color and quality. Recommending them to all my neighbors!
Hobbs was excellent to work with and delivered a quality product. The office was great and allowed me to add a half pallet last minute then texted me with a delivery time the night before. Great communication and excellent service.

Good quality sod and delivered right on time.
They were great to work with. We had a threat of rain coming, so we asked if the sod could coming in the morning instead of the afternoon. They said sure they could switch. The sod looks great! We only saw worms. We will definitely use them again.
